Canyoning location for stand alone arrival

For all those coming on your own you are expected to be at parking lot, shown on map below, at least 10 minutes before 11:00 h so that canyoning adventure can start on time.

Directions from Split to parking lot:

Exit Split and go north towards highway A1 – DUGOPOLJE entrance.
Enter the highway and drive approximately 11km in direction of Makarska (SouthEast).
Exit at BISKO toll booth, continue driving 500m and turn right.
Then on the next intersection turn left, and drive about 10km along the main road the until you reach village Srijane (you will see sign "Srijane").
The meeting point is located on a large parking lot, right next to the main road.
At the end of adventure we will transfer you back to the starting point.

Terms of service

General terms and agreements

These instructions and terms of booking and purchase of tourist arrangements are an integral part of the Contract, namely the Voucher issued by the tourist agency for the traveler who applies for a tourist arrangement.
The general terms of business are published on the website of COOL ADVENTURE and are the basis for resolving any disputes between the guest and the agency.
The parties commit to resolving any disputes by agreement. In the case of litigation, court in Split is in charge and the Croatian law is applicable.

Applications and stipulation

Inquiries and bookings are received by e-mail, telephone, or online sales on the agency's website. When making a reservation, the client confirms that he or she is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions of the Agency's service and accepts them in entirety. In this way, all that is stated in the General Terms becomes a legal obligation for the guest and the Agency.
When booking, the client is obliged to provide all the information required by the booking process or the form on our website.

Terms of payment

Clients can pay for the services with cash or with credit cards in Croatian currency.
The prices of all our offers or combinations of the arrangements are cleraly listed on COOL ADVENTURE web site.
For clients who make a credit card payment, the charge will be made in Croatian currency (HRK) from the credit card. The card issuer or bank will convert the amount in kunas from the currency of the client's credit account.
Please pay attention to the fact that the prices expressed in EUR on our website are only approximate and are used for easier understanding. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of slight difference compared to the prices listed on our website.
Receipts that include VAT (according to Croatian law) are issued to clients for rendered services.

Right to change and cancel reservation

COOL ADVENTURE reserves the right to complete and partial change to the itinerary of trips if there are exceptional circumstances that could not be predicted or avoided before the start of the journey. If COOL ADVENTURE tourist agency cancels the trip, the client is entitled to the full refund of the paid ammount, but not to compensation for the damages.
If a client makes a reservation that the Agency can not fulfill for justified reasons, the guest is not offered an alternative that must be of the same or higher quality as the quality of the booked arrangement.
In case the client insists on changing or cancellation of the reservation, it must be done in writing (by e-mail, ordinary mail or fax) at least 24 hours prior to departure.
If the client does not appear on the day of the excursion (previously paid in full) or does not announce the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to departure the Agency reserves the right to the full amount of the paid arrangement.

Luggage and health regulations

COOL ADVENTURE does not take responsibility for lost or damaged luggage.
The guest is obliged to inform COOL ADVENTURE about all the facts considering their health and habits which could endanger the arrangement.

Insurance

All clients traveling in arrangements organized by by COOL ADVENTURE are covered by insurance policy contracted with Euroherc Insurance d.d. Additional insurance is not included in the package price. We kindly recommend our clients to purchase travel insurance policy in the country of their origin.

Who is collecting the data?

COOL ADVENTURE d.o.o., Bubići 7, 21210 Solin; (hereinafter: “we”, “us” or "COOL ADVENTURE"), in our services, we collect and process personal information in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

What data is being collected?

Personal data is information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual and in this case those informations are your first and last name, phone number and email addresses. We collect your personal data when you are using "reservation form" and "contact form" on Rafting on Cetina website.

What is the legal basis for processing the data?

Personal data are required in the process of realization of the requested service. It will also be used for further mutual communication. Your data is available solely to COOL ADVENTURE d.o.o. staff.

Will the data be shared with any third parties?

COOL ADVENTURE the tourist agency undertakes not to disclose personal data third party, except for the purpose of realizing the requested service.

How will the information be used?

Personal data is collected first and foremost to ensure the provision of the requested service and the most effective response to your inquiry.

At the time of submitting your personal information, you agree to contact us and thus include you into our database in order to obtain the requested services. We consider this to be your explicit consent to contact.

How long will the data be stored for?

We will keep your information as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which we handle them or for a maximum of 365 days from the date we collected them.

What rights does the data subject have?

When it is legally foreseen, you have the right to information about processing your personal information, withdrawing your privacy at any time, and deleting your personal information when it is no longer needed for the purposes listed above.
